Rates

All rates are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Minimum Stay

Family Policy

Please note that the camp is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years.
Maximum capacity per Wilderness Tent is 2 adults & 1 child per tent.  There is 1 family tent which  can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children.  Children's bedding will be in deluxe swags - comfortable canvas bedrolls with top quality mattresses and bed linen.  Child rates are applicable and can be found on our rates page.

Sal Salis is closed from 16th January - 10th March 2012 inclusive

Pet and Wildlife Policy

Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef does not permit pets on the property.

Guests staying at Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef are not permitted to feed the wildlife. 

Inclusions

The rate includes meals, beverages (based on a select open bar), National Park entry fees, camping fees, airport transfers and scheduled activities (guided snorkel trips, guided kayak snorkels, guided gorge walks) and use of snorkelling equipment.

Exclusions

Telephone calls, transfers, fishing, dive trips, whale shark trips and other boat charters

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is 11.00am. Tents required for check-in prior to 2.00pm must be pre-booked fron the day earlier to guarantee availability. If you are are arriving earlier, you are welcome to make use of the facilities and your  luggage will be stored until your tent becomes available.

Conservation Levy

Please note that there is a $5 per person per night (included in the rate) which is donated to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days of making a reservation.  Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days, payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellation Policy

As a small property, our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms. Cancellation of your reservation must be notified to us in writing, and will take effect on the day we receive it.

  • For cancellations outside of 45 days the deposit will be refunded in full less the cost of any credit card commissions and a $50 per booking administration fee
  • For cancellations within 45 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
  • For cancellations within 30 days of arrival all monies will be forfeited.

In case of unscheduled camp closure (such as, but not limited to, the case of cyclone, fire or flood) full monies will be refunded.

Travel Insurance

We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance including a cancellation policy and emergency medical care.   Travel insurance is available from travel agents, general insurance companies, some medical funds.  You can purchase insurance online with QBE here.
